1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and hashed password (stored by our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Usage Data: Analysis results, workspace tasks, checklist progress, and AI-generated content are stored in your account.
• Uploaded Content: Images you upload for capsule optimization are temporarily processed and stored.
• Transaction Data: Credit purchase history and usage records.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service, including processing your analyses and generating AI content.
• To manage your account, credits, and workspace data.
• To communicate with you about your account or changes to the Service.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell your data to third parties, and do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following third-party services solely to operate the Service:

• Supabase — Database hosting and user authentication. Your account data and content is stored on Supabase infrastructure.
• Anthropic (Claude AI)— AI processing. Your game descriptions, review data, capsule images, and text input are sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. Anthropic's data usage policies apply to this processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train models.
• Steam / Valve Corporation— Public game data (reviews, store pages, pricing) is fetched from Steam's public APIs. No personal data is sent to Steam.
• Stripe— Payment processing for credit purchases. Stripe collects payment information (card details, billing address) directly — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data processing.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring that only you can access your own data. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

• Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• When you delete your account, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted, including: account information, analysis history, workspace tasks, uploaded images, checklist progress, and remaining credits.
• If the Service is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before permanently deleting all user data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data through your account dashboard and history.
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time through the account settings.
• Correct your account information through your account settings.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. These essential cookies are strictly necessary to operate the Service and cannot be disabled.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
